Spray & Leave was recommended to me by a builder friend so I was pretty confident that it would do the trick. I have a large area of back-yard that continues down the side of the house around to a smaller front yard. All in all it's a lot of Italian sandstone, random-slab paving. In places out of the sun a greeny/brown discolouration quite spoiled the look of what was originally a very smart looking and not cheap improvement around our home.
The stuff came, I diluted it 4:1 as instructed, put it in my garden sprayer and sprayed the lot. It didn't quite do the whole area so I left part of our sunny front yard.
I was so disappointed the next day to see that it didn't seem to have worked. What a waste of time and money!! But I was SO WRONG. Two days later, no kidding, the whole place looked so much better and after another day or two, it all looked as if it had just been laid. Every trace of green and brown had just disappeared.
It says on the container that it can keep working for a year or more. I am just delighted with it - and it was so easy to do. As it says on the tim "Spray & Leave" and that's just what I did. I have since bought another lot and finished the front yard. If you have the same problem of tatty-looking discolouration as I had, I really recommend this stuff. I'm sure you'll be as pleased as I was.
